My stay at Ambassador Playa II was overall enjoyable, with the prime location and cleanliness being standout features. The variety of food didn't disappoint, though some dishes could have been warmer. While there were some issues with sunbed reservations, I still found enough space by the pool to relax. I left satisfied and would definitely consider returning.

I had a great time at the Ambassador Playa II. The location was perfect and made it easy to explore the area. although I found the dining experience at times to be quite crowded. The food was excellent with plenty of options, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, which were always attended to. There were some challenges with pool space given the number of guests, yet overall, it was a fun and enjoyable stay.

I had mixed feelings about my stay in Benidorm. The hotel was clean, and the location was great, right near the nightlife and beach. However, the food options were pretty limited for my son, which was a bummer. Overall, I wouldn't choose this hotel again after having better experiences elsewhere.

I just returned from a week at Ambassador Playa II and was quite pleased with my stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were remarkably friendly and eager to assist. While the food was a bit on the bland side, there was a good variety to choose from. My only issue was the noise coming from an adjoining construction site, which made it a bit difficult to enjoy complete peace at times.
